Joleane holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and began her career in business management. In 2015, she relocated to the U.S. as a company executive to launch a new branch office in Manhattan, driving the company’s business expansion into the U.S. market. After successfully managing the business for several years, she sought a more balanced life and discovered her passion for childcare in 2019. By chance, Joleane was introduced to the nanny profession, which sparked a new career path. She earned her Professional Nanny Certificate that same year and has since provided exceptional care to HNW families in New York for six years.

 Currently pursuing a Master’s in Early Childhood Education at Baruch University, Joleane brings a unique blend of expertise to the table. Her background in law, combined with her deepening knowledge of child development, gives her a strong foundation to understand the diverse needs of both children and families. Her previous business management experience has equipped her with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills—qualities that are crucial for managing household dynamics and creating successful nanny placements.
